I'm thinking since he went to Iowa last week to glad hand with the voters, it's a high probability.

If Trump got out of the way and endorsed a DeSantis run in 2024, the Democrats wouldn't stand a chance... so long as the election is actually conducted properly this time around.

That really has pissed off a lot of progs here. It's very telling. They are telling on themselves when they show how defensive they are being about it. If there wasn't truth to it, then there would be no need to be so agitated. Three started threads over it, two threatened violence, and the rest are acting irrational. 

Maybe Slideman messaged a lot of progs here convincing them to leave,.

A president is not all powerful.

If Trump was to oppose every lobby in DC, he would have no allies and get nowhere on anything.  I see strategic deals with the devil as necessary in politics.

I would side with big pharma to oppose the MIC and prison industrial complex, and CIA for example.  But if I had to take on all four, with no allies, I would just be dead meat

And why would there be no species alive by then?
Trump has never gotten more votes, and his popularity is in decline. There is a minority of perhaps 30% of ignorant peckerwoods that worship the fat old incontinent fart.
DeSantis is a perpetually angry little ****  that thinks that nonsense like drag queen reading stories to children and transsexuals raping women in showers is more important that higher education for Americans and healthcare for everyone.

Being VP would probably kill DeSantis's political career.  Right now, he can run for Senate or POTUS.  Biden is the only VP I can remember who ever ran and won the Presidency.   Trump would never agree to be VP - I think he'd rather go bankrupt and rebuild all over again than do that.
