So sorry to hear Russians are dumping their houses.  Well, maybe that military pension will some day kick in when sanctions end.
 

are you aware: government retirement in russia is at 55. same in china. average monthly check equals $2,673.00 usa dollars. some russian and chinese are moving into usa, and taking high income jobs away from usa citizens. i am taking advantage of russia's homestead program. plus. russia will finance a usa senior citizen commune. as usa throws the old into the gutters.

WTF are you talking about? You make no sense. What is the main reason people buy houses?  TO LIVE IN THEM.
You do not understand how financing a house even works.
The only homes that people lose 70% on are mobile homes on rented land in trailer parks.
