Now that most of the progressives are gone, we can have more intelligent conversations without the insults and lies. 

Also, this is a long-term solution. Don't expect results in a week. More like a decade, maybe more.

Problem: Not all of course, but a significant percentage of the black community have consistently flooded our legal system, causing a burden on the taxpayers regarding prisons, police, ambulance services, and ER services (no insurance.). This problem poses a threat to the safety of our society. Their use of these services is far more disproportionate than any other race/ethnicity in America. 

Solution: Not all of inner school black kids are thugs, even if they live in the ghettos. 
Step 1: Find those kids and only those kids. No thugs. 
Step 2: Educate them on black history in America. If you take any random black person, they could tell you the names of any rapper, hip hop, and sports star. However, most probably couldn't tell you who many important historical black figures are, such as Harriot Tubman, Booker T Washington, Fredrick Douglas, Dubois, and many others who shaped the future for black America. In fact, some may not even know who MLK was. This is all by design. It was 100% intentional by the dimocrats. 

That's it. I am 100% certain, that this will promote positive change. I know it seems like a **** simplistic solution. However, you would be amazed how much a little knowledge, that is pertinent to the individual, can do.

How about we educate the Black kids that can be educated on more important subjects like math, reading, writing, biology and the physical sciences?  Freaking history, any history, should be and has always been a secondary subject.  All intelligent kids should be graduating high school with:

• no less than a workable understanding of Calculus.
• Ability to write a grammatically correct, well researched 20 page type-written paper, with basic citations and table of contents. 
• Ability to read a 1,000 page modern novel and engage in an in-depth discussion about the author, plot, character development, syntax, imagery, point of view, development of various themes, etc. 
• have a thorough understanding of human biology, name all of the human bones, primary organs and biological systems of the human body, explain the various cellular structures, know about the Krebs cycle and a rudimentary understanding of protein synthases.
• They should be thoroughly versed in Newtonian physics, basic chemistry and have a good understanding of the most current version (i.e. not Bohr model) of the Standard Model of particle physics.

How about we get Black, White, Brown kids who are capable of learning this a chance to walk away from High School with a solid education.  IMHO, all other subjects are either secondary, or totally worthless.

I am not against any of that. However, I am looking into a deeper issue. I don't think them knowing this material will change the projection of their behavior.  Knowing their history will. It's about them knowing why they ended up in the condition that they are in. They will easily find that the dims were/are behind it.

They aren't in a position to learn such things. There are 2 things plaguing the Black people presently - 1) Fatherless families and 2) glorification of thuggery.

The first problem is cured when you take away all incentive for women to have babies out of wedlock and the second is cured when you adequately punnish the thugs.  What is adequate punishment?  IMHO, whatever it takes to stigmatize the perps for their crimes to a point where they are reviled and hated by their own community. 

Mind you, these two things can be easily accomplished.  However, society has to have the stomach for it and it also has to be well prepared for when liberals scream "unjust", "not fair", "too severe", "genocide" etc.

1) This is why I said that my solution will not provide immediate results. The fathers who have bailed today are gone. That's that. That doesn't mean their kids have to repeat it. I am looking at targeting the good inner-city kids and focusing on their growth. This will begin a whole new generation of blacks that will have fathers in the home. 

2) I also addressed this. No thugs should be allowed in the education process. The more educated one is, the less glorification of the thugs will emerge. Let the thugs be thugs. Let them shoot each other. Whatever. But protect the good kids who aren't thugs. Educate them more so. The problem will take care of itself naturally.

Neither of you addresses the underlying issue, which is that blacks have 20 fewer IQ points on average than whites. 

Separate but equal springs to mind - and they are assuring us that they WANT segregation, on account of how hateful and racist we are. They require a negroid safe space.

Not to put TOO **** fine a point on the obvious, but shutting down their clinics kind of sort of worked the oppositie way from what you just championed. Policies that FORCE them into out-of-wedlock parenting are probably not the smartest thing to be pushing whilst waxing poetic in the opposite direction.

We've incarcerated a couple of generations of them, going from 100,000 prisoners in 1972 to 2 million today. Is that working out?

Actually, together we both addressed it.  For clarification, we are discussing only those Blacks with higher IQ's. They do exist. Not low-IQ thugs. What @Vegas  I believe is suggesting is that these higher IQ blacks should be salvaged and separated from the thugs. They should be the educated as the group who could take their race to a more equal footing with whites. 

Where we depart is he wants to teach these more talented Blacks the history of why their predecessors got into the predicament they were in. To which I said "nonsense, just teach them a rigorous core, and then let their own intellect and curiosity take over to propel them into success. "

True, but I never said to not teach the core classes. Of course we should. The problem is that history tends to be selective in what we teach. If we want to know about US history, then I think we should start from a bottom up approach, instead of a top down. The top down is teaching the revolutionary war, constitution, our founders, the trends of our government up to the present day, and the effects of these components had on the people. The bottom up would be to start with the people, the different cultures, how and why they came to merge together. From there, the government and wars naturally merge by default. This is where black history will be focused on more. There is no way around it if you take the bottom to top approach. I am not saying that history doesn't teach black history, I am saying it is glossed over without much depth and it takes a shallow view of how it connects with everything else in US history.
