A colleague of mine was the mayor of Opa-Locka, and he got a law passed making this some sort of misdemeanor. Then they put up signs quoting the law. I have not heard of anyone challenging the law or being actually fined over this.

Not as many kids wear their pants low here these days, I think the fad has passed.

       A little South of me is the African American City of Riviera Beach.... 
They passed a similar Ordinance regarding a ban on the Lowrider Pants... Over 70% of the residents Voted for the Ban... It also never went into any real effect, and was ruled by a County Judge to be Unconstitutional and struck down.

At least you use my own posts against me. Whom taught you to do that since the first month or so all you could do is say everyone had aids. Now you are stuck using one idea again as you performed before.
