They do it with math. Why do they focus so much on Pythagorean Theorem, but gloss over the investment formulas? They don't need all the topics of math. They pick and choose.

Don't think it's history lessons that they are missing. They are missing fathers, not something they can get from a government school. The responsibility to come to a solution to help the black community lies upon the shoulders of the black community. Without that, it won't be successful. On any account, I give them a grim prognosis. When have they EVER, in any country, become a successful race and a contribution to society?

Also, this is a long-term solution. Don't expect results in a week. More like a decade, maybe more.
Problem: Not all of course, but a significant percentage of the black community have consistently flooded our legal system, causing a burden on the taxpayers regarding prisons, police, ambulance services, and ER services (no insurance.). This problem poses a threat to the safety of our society. Their use of these services is far more disproportionate than any other race/ethnicity in America.
Solution: Not all of inner school black kids are thugs, even if they live in the ghettos.
Step 1: Find those kids and only those kids. No thugs.
Step 2: Educate them on black history in America. If you take any random black person, they could tell you the names of any rapper, hip hop, and sports star. However, most probably couldn't tell you who many important historical black figures are, such as Harriot Tubman, Booker T Washington, Fredrick Douglas, Dubois, and many others who shaped the future for black America. In fact, some may not even know who MLK was. This is all by design. It was 100% intentional by the dimocrats.
That's it. I am 100% certain, that this will promote positive change. I know it seems like a **** simplistic solution. However, you would be amazed how much a little knowledge, that is pertinent to the individual, can do.
The new philosophy is to breed the ability to learn into them with the assistance from white women and interracial cohabitation.
Just turn on the TV and see how much smarter a black man is, when he's with a white woman. Of course all of that will destroy the white race, but who cares?

No, dems teach them lies. In truth, we brought them here out of the goodness of our hearts, provided them with free housing, free medical, and good jobs with overtime. We even gave them the vote, after a bit.
