The responsibility to come to a solution to help the black community lies upon the shoulders of the black community. Without that, it won't be successful. On any account, I give them a grim prognosis. When have they EVER, in any country, become a successful race and a contribution to society?  
They are a lesser race, always have been, since recorded history. 
And is there anyone who actually thinks they will change?

One thing is for damn sure. White liberals will never lift them up. Hell, white liberals have emboldened them and made their situation way, way worse. In my opinion, the white liberal is the root of the problem in America. Europe too for that matter. Until you deal with that problem, nothing changes. It only escalates from here. I hate the white liberal far more than anyone else on this planet. I absolutely detest these people. There is no forgiveness for being a white liberal. These people destroy our country and take JOY from it.

The problem that almost none of you folks have the balls to even SPEAK of is that blacks are not as intelligent as whites on average - by 20 IQ points. Bigger muscles, better athletes, superior in many ways - but not as intelligent. 

Are you are willing to pretend that blacks are equal physically? It is laughably dishonest to do so, based on the evidence at hand: Representing 14% of the population, they dominate virtually the entire sports world. And if you are NOT dishonest enough to pretend blacks are merely equal to other races physically, then you are automatically a black supremacist if you pretend that they are at a deficit NOWHERE. 

If you are NOT a black supremacist, and you DO recognize their athletic superiority, then where would you suggest we look for their inferiority? I believe the case for INTELLECT makes itself. After centuries in this nation, an enormous percentage of them cannot speak English (or any other language) except as a corrupt patois. Hell, they can't even stay out of jail.

It wasn't by consequence, but by design via the Democrats Victimhood for Votes scheme / breeding dependency for ballots.. The post MLK Negro Leadership (IE Sharpton, Jackson etc) also bears much of the blame.. They were all too happy to allow it to happen.. They've accomplished little other than enriching themselves off the misery of their own people.. The last thing they want to achieve is racial harmony, because they'd be out of a very lucrative gig...

           4.  So at this point, the best help the Federal Government can give to ****** is NONE at all.... The answers & solutions to their problems must come from and be implemented by the Negro community itself.. They aren't in a position to learn such things. There are 2 things plaguing the Black people presently - 1) Fatherless families and 2) glorification of thuggery.

The first problem is cured when you take away all incentive for women to have babies out of wedlock and the second is cured when you adequately punnish the thugs.  What is adequate punishment?  IMHO, whatever it takes to stigmatize the perps for their crimes to a point where they are reviled and hated by their own community. 

Mind you, these two things can be easily accomplished.  However, society has to have the stomach for it and it also has to be well prepared for when liberals scream "unjust", "not fair", "too severe", "genocide" etc.

  Much of why the ****** are in a death spiral today is the result of Vote-sucking Progressive Democrats who made the Safety Net a viable career path..

Slavery was abolished in 1865 with the ratification of the 13th Amendment.  I understand that hurdles were put in the way of blacks by demoncraps almost immediately.  However, we are now more that 5 generations removed from the end of slavery.  People who came here as Boat People from Veitnam could not speak the language, their families (what was left of them) were scattered and they had nothing but the clothes on their backs.  We are less than two generations removed from that time.  So, explain to me why blacks commit a disproportionate percentage of the crimes, have a much higher percentage of "broken homes", have a much higher percentage of gang activity and drug use, are almost twice as likely to be unemployed,  do not graduate high school at the same rate as Asians and why Asians are more than twice as likely to have at least a college degree.

Maybe it's time for them to shut the **** up about what happened almost 170 years ago, make good decisions and bust their asses to make a better life for themselves.

          Not long ago, I was having a friendly political back & forth with a Negro neighbour.... She was going on about how ****** still had a raw deal in this country... I asked how that could possibly be, when for the past 60 years over 90% have thrown their votes to the Democrats to make things right? The silence was deafening... 

          As for the negative (and true) Negro stats you speak of --- It will continue to worsen because for decades they have been told by White Liberal Progs and the post-MLK Negro Leadership it's not their fault, and that others are to blame... There's no longer a need for them to be personally responsible for anything, because the Safety Net has morphed into a viable career path, and a reward system for failure - laziness in exchange for voting Democrat.

That's it. I am 100% certain, that this will promote positive change. I know it seems like a **** simplistic solution. However, you would be amazed how much a little knowledge, that is pertinent to the individual, can do.

In red states, schools try to teach black history but you child chasers call it CRT and ban it. 

I mean red state school libraries have taken MLK’s book off it’s shelves.

It is still better than it used to be bcuz of Dem, not Republican, policies. A lot more successful Black folk out there more than when your ancestors tried keeping us down for one hundred years after slavery. 

White folk steal more money than any Black personal ever did-FACT.

so, this is a solution to help the black community, excluding thugs.  Maybe 10 to 20% of blacks?

I don't think that there has ever been any Black American that has stolen as much as Bernie Madoff. And Madoff is hardly the only White guy who has stolen huge sums of money.

Why did the US get into WWI? Mostly because JP Morgan had loaned billions to the Brits and he knew that if they did not win the war, he could kiss his principal and interest goodbye.
The thousands of Americans who died in that war did not have any reason to defend JP Morgan's money or King George.

2. Yes, I have seen that quote. They first need to learn who Fredrick Douglas even was. He was a great man. 
3. Yes. That has been the case for decades. That's why if the blacks learn about their history, in more detail, they will see the how the dimocrats have been behind their misery since the very beginning. 
4. Exactly. This is what MLK preached. MLK was a Republican. 

MLK may have voted for Eisenhower... most likely he didn;t vote at all, because he was Black and a resident of Georgia.

He sure as hell did not vote for Nixon.

MLK died defending sanitation workers on strike in Memphis.
I dare you to show me a Republican that ever supported demonstrating Black workers.
