Also, this is a long-term solution. Don't expect results in a week. More like a decade, maybe more.
Problem: Not all of course, but a significant percentage of the black community have consistently flooded our legal system, causing a burden on the taxpayers regarding prisons, police, ambulance services, and ER services (no insurance.). This problem poses a threat to the safety of our society. Their use of these services is far more disproportionate than any other race/ethnicity in America.
Solution: Not all of inner school black kids are thugs, even if they live in the ghettos.
Step 1: Find those kids and only those kids. No thugs.
Step 2: Educate them on black history in America. If you take any random black person, they could tell you the names of any rapper, hip hop, and sports star. However, most probably couldn't tell you who many important historical black figures are, such as Harriot Tubman, Booker T Washington, Fredrick Douglas, Dubois, and many others who shaped the future for black America. In fact, some may not even know who MLK was. This is all by design. It was 100% intentional by the dimocrats.
That's it. I am 100% certain, that this will promote positive change. I know it seems like a **** simplistic solution. However, you would be amazed how much a little knowledge, that is pertinent to the individual, can do.

In their debate, WEB dubois basically said it is worth trying and slavery had not been over for very long. That was about 100 years ago. At the time most people thought WEB won the debate...however considering today his main rebuttal no longer applies...and attempting his strategy has utterly failed...we can conclude that stoddard's point of view is far more supported by the empirical data.
we actually know a lot about what causes black people to be violent criminals. There is strong correlation with certain genes https://www.jax.org/news-and-insights/j ... he%20brain. and violent behavior, which black people have far greater expressions of.
so detect it at birth, and sterilize them. Over time that would work.
Naturally many libtards would protest that this is eugenics and racist. Sterilize those libtards as well.

In prison, they don't allow belts.
Being in prison is a sort of rite of passage among some gang members.
It is a silly custom, and of course, if someone thinks they will need to run, they don't wear the pants down low.
The fashion was for guys to look like they were wearing their big brother's clothes, and for girls to dress like they were wearing their little sisters clothes. Loose clothes for the guys, tight clothes for the girls.
Useful for teaching vocabulary in Spanish about clothes, it always got some laughs.
A colleague of mine was the mayor of Opa-Locka, and he got a law passed making this some sort of misdemeanor. Then they put up signs quoting the law. I have not heard of anyone challenging the law or being actually fined over this.

I cannot deny this. It is certainly supported by science. Not just with the article you provided. I don't know how to get around this issue. Sterilizing seems like the easy way out.
