International Criminal Court issues arrest warrant for Putin over alleged Ukraine war crimes

The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant Friday for Russian President Vladimir Putin, accusing him of being responsible for war crimes in Ukraine.

Putin committed the “war crime” of overseeing the unlawful abduction and deportation of children from Ukraine to Russia, the court said in a news release.

“There are reasonable grounds to believe that Putin bears individual criminal responsibility for the aforementioned crimes,” the court, based in The Hague, Netherlands, said its pre-trial judges had assessed.

It added that Putin had failed to “exercise control properly over civilian and military subordinates who committed the acts, or allowed for their commission, and who were under his effective authority and control.”

Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova, Putin's presidential commissioner for children's rights, is also alleged to have committed similar crimes, the ICC said.

Putin's press secretary Dmitriy Peskov rejected the findings of the international court, “We do not recognize this court, we do not recognize the jurisdiction of this court. This is how we treat this,” he said in a Telegram post.

Was Hitler charged by an international court? I think he was the reason international courts came into existence???

Hitler was never tried for any crimes in an international court.  They never caught Hitler.  He committed suicide.  I don't see Sheriff Buford T. Justice having much success arresting Vladimir Putin in Russia.  Maybe Sheriff Hymie T. Mossad can get to Vlad and drag him to Israel to stand trial???

Yes I agree the charges mean nothing. But in the back of my mind I am also hearing hundreds of thousand kids were forcefully taken away.  I admit it sounds absurd to me. Surely Zelensky would have a tally of missing children?
 

ICC is a **** joke. They even issued warrants out on American soldiers.

Mengele was the reason it was made a crime agaist humanity to force, compel, threaten or coerce anyone - free or prisoner, citizen or non-citizen - to participate in medical experiments. 

Like taking an unproven vaccine.

It is extremely easy to verify that Mengele's crimes ended in the international legislation I mentioned. Anyone with a high school equivalency should be able to google that. The parent document - to which we are treaty signatories, making it law of land in the United States - is the Nuremberg Code. The Internaional Criminal Court at the Hague - you might have heard that name recently, as they are the ones charging Putin under the very International Code I just hipped you to - are the ones responsible for enforcing it. 

Currently, Americans are technically exempt from the ICC's jurisdiction, as we have a big enough military to tell them to **** off. But the day we fall behind, they have a laundry list of people who are going into the dock.

There is more at the link. The number one government offending against the Nuremberg Code - over and over and over - is the United States of America's federal government. And this, notwithstanding we shaped the Nuremberg Code and twisted arms to get the world to embrace it and are signatories to it, making it law of the land. 

Just one example: The Tuskeegee Experiments, conducted over a period of FIFTY YEARS, deliberately treated african americans who suffered from syphilis with a placebo, for the relatively frivolous purpose of cataloging end-stage syphilis symptoms. Imagine it: the feds deliberately withheld medicine just to satisfy their curiosity about what would occur. This same government is now hailed and lionized by people who - with no sense of irony - tout themselves as "woke," as the ultimate arbiter of what experimental medications should be forced on an unconsenting public. 

The bullying to force Americans to take an experimental vaccine during a pandemic, against the better instincts of both medical science and international law, is a an ongoing crime against humanity. Whereas the World Court has no jurisdiction over U.S. citizens CURRENTLY, that court has a history of imposing jurisdiction ex post facto.
