State of Wisconsin co$t$ roughly 33 Grands per year for each Inmate in the system

​​​​​GGotta build all them State Prison Complexes , Pay all the Guards & Staff  too plus the Administration outta Madison to Run It ..

Don't "Forget" gotta Feed the Inmates, Provide Medical Care, plus Classes & Rehabilitation Programs that stuff ain't Cheap
