I also see the words "contains bio-engineered ingredients" on labels.
Is that the same as GMO? It's all over the foods we eat.

Like high fructose corn syrup... in dill pickles, for chrissakes. A non-sweet product has a sweetener.

Graphting different varietis of plants to one another is GMO. You really need to learn what vocabulary does for and against each person alive. Means to communicate between people in same population, way to define people to get them ignoring how evolving works naturally.

What symptoms have you had that seem to have been caused by GMO foods?
I imagine that some GMO foods are totally fit for human consumption, while others may not be. The people selling these as safe are not to be trusted, the FDA is more trustworthy, and of course, these things are being tested in many countries.

So pay attention to actual food scientists who give specific evidence of problems caused by GMO's.

I eat organic. Non GMO as much as possible.

Common sense tells me that if there is a profit motive to double the harvest per sq. Ft. Of land thru shoddy science, it will be done, regardless of health risk. And thats exactly what GMOs do.

You don't have to eat EVERYTHING organic. Asparagus, cabbage, onions, bananas, avocados, papaya, eggplant - there are quite a number of things you don't need to spring for organic on. But tomatos, peppers, berries, grapes, apples, pears - those **** are pure poison - ESPECIALLY berries. Berries are great brain food and full of all kinds of great stuff for every body system, but they're sponges, and they're over-sprayed to the hilt. They're full of neuro-toxins and you WILL experience dementia if you **** with conventional berries and do not chelate that **** and supplement your way out. 

Almost everything in the interior of your grocery store is pure poison - hug the walls. If your city has a Sprouts or a Natural Grocers or some other place that sells healthy food, it's worth the money. If you're not spending on your health, what is taking priority? What SHOULD take priority over your health?

Even Whole Fools is worth it, if that's the only place in your city for healthy food. Dairy should be grass fed and low-temp pasturized, NEVER, EVER homo. Do not consume homo products. Homo milk breaks down the fat into such small globs that it can lodge in your arteries, which are scored from all the partially and fully hydrogeated oils you have consumed. It's a one two punch: score your arteries and homogenize your dairy, and then once you are prepped, turn you over to big med for ongoing stents. 

They have everyone on pills. And that is by design. I take NO pills, except supplements. You can go to a naturopath and have you hair analyzed for minerals and trace minerals and heavy metals - it's very cheap. You get your report, you chelate whatever toxins are present and you supplement whatever minerals are absent and you get (or stay) off of wall street's **** pills.
