That's because Hitler led the world into a World War, that left Europe and Asia utterly destroyed and and Germany a BASKET CASE !!
The closest parallel to the NAZI's and Germany today, is either Russia or China, and PROBABLY more like China... with the American Democrat Party currently a distant third in that competition, with their current move toward TOTALITARIANISM, in an effort to SQUELCH Freedoms, like Liberty, Free Speech, and Free Will in America !

Pol Pot followed Mao, he had nothing to do with Hitler.
Hitler's main goal was to conquer the world.
Mao's goal was to unify China. Pol Pot had no foreign ambitions at all.
