What do you guys think of. … Edward Snowden… Julian Assange, and Chelsea Manning?

for me, they are heroes, they exposed our government and paid the price 

it don’t get much more patriotic than that

The damage done and being done to America is all from inside WASH DC...rotten to the core. 
These folks are all heroes for their actions.   They did NO damage. 
They tried to REPAIR damage done by sick twisted parties in DC.

I would not expect a 'progressive' to like any of them except manning...and him only because he is a tranny. Snowden even found asylum in russia...that is something you can tolerate?

the modern 'left' is obsequious to the american regime, and they dont care about what is true.

how is that dumb? dude anyone who was slightly educated already knew how the government operates. It isnt like snowden revealed anything more interesting than operation mockingbird or mkultra. it isnt like manning said anything that is comparable to project phoenix. if anything, these people were severely downplaying how corrupt and amoral our government is. in fact...they understated it to such an extent that i would call it a lie...to pretend that this is the extent of how bad our government gets...

Julian should be set free.   

the stuff these guys leak is so milquetoast and trivial that it is enough for me to suspect that they are simply controlled opposition...to obscure the fact that our government is many times WORSE than they pretend. This is the reason they are such big celebrities. Anything that reveals the TRUE extent of how **** our government is becomes obscure...the media wont report it.

manning- don't have an opinion on that one.
The real traitors are within- not these folks. just saying.

the 'revelations' of snowden basically remind me of a scenario like this: say there was evidence that a guy committed tax fraud and also killed and ate 3000 children.

snowden comes out with 'proof' that the guy committed tax fraud, and the whole country starts talking about how terrible it is that they committed tax fraud.

it is 'stepping out in front' of bad publicity and admitting a small error so that you dont have to admit the huge error...and you turn this into some HUGE story so that people imagine that this is where the overton window is

it is just like how trump is being arrested for paying a prostitute to keep her mouth shut...which is such a trivial offense. He COULD be accused of far more serious offenses.

it is a very simple sort of psychological manipulation
