I say we return to in person election night voting unless the voter has a serious medical condo that prevents them from going to the polls. Doctors waiver or military service overseas should be the only exceptions. Everyone should pay 20% of their income, including the poor, to have skin in the game. Too easy to expand government when there is no cost consideration for over half of citizens.
