No, not at this point .....it won't work now.
Because the damage done by leftist politicians in those cities has created societies of lawlessness and mental health issues .....
removing them now would lead to more shootings and mob rules anarchy....

2.  I do not care if it "helps with shootings". 
3.  I want people to be able to defend themselves against thugs, thieves, murders and rapists.
4.  I want people to have guns to be able to defend our nation against those who seek to destroy it.  Either from within or from outside.
