nobody is suggesting that you are correct when you said "yes *******, ffity votes are all that's needed to pass a bill in the senate if all senators are present and voting".  If you know of any of your posse that will back you up on that claim... bring them to the thread and have them state their support for you.

And barring that, perhaps you could explain how, if the senate were to find themselves all voting on a measure, and the 100 senators split 50-50, how those 50 votes alone would be sufficient to pass the bill. Please explain how any bill with that narrow a margin could pass with only 50 votes instead of 51-49 or 51-50.

are you suggesting I need someone else to agree with me that 50 votes are NOT enough to pass a bill in the senate when everybody's there are voting?  I don't NEED anyone.  ALL I need is to show every single **** vote tally for every single vote that ended up passing a bill in the US senate to prove my point...which is, and which has ALWAYS been that it takes 51 to pass a bill in the senate if everybody votes.  And you can't show even ONE roll call where that is NOT the case.
