Disney went woke, people finally took note and now they are only worth half what they were 3 years ago.  How does Disney plan on getting all of those family-oriented customers (I mean "guests") back again?  They still do not have a clue.  So, instead of refocusing their corporate efforts,DISNEY BEGINS FIRST ROUND OF MAJOR LAYOFFS BY CUTTING 7,000 JOBS

When one visits Russia or China one sees
clean bustling subways, clean streets and sidewalks, families,
men, women, children. No trannies, ***, mutilated children. No addicts, tents, culture diseases.

Then in America.....a subway

I am no great fan of Disney, but compared to Exxon-Mobil, Disney is far less immoral.

There is nothing immoral about hiring gay young people to put on a Mickey suit, a Donald Duck suit, or a Goofy suit.
There is nothing immoral about Disney having special events days for LBTGQ people.

at a park for children it is.

A lot do attend on the days when they host these gay events.  But, not nearly as many as ordinary families with children.  Disney never even would let other "guests" know that some big gay-bash was planned, and they would be shocked by what was going on, later to find out this was actually a planned, coordinated gay-event with Disney.  Huge mistake.

I don't know how they handle all of the gay-days at Disney now, but it used to be a big, freaking Gay-Surprise for most people.

People don't go to Disney to get a sex education lesson on homosexuality.

They go there for a turkey leg, a pint of ale and to ride roller coasters.

Yes, and what Peltz got out of it was the slashing of 7,000 jobs.  What else did he get?  Peltz's big beef with Disney was its over-spending on streaming services, and over paying for 21st Century Fox.  The other beef - Disney messed up its succession planning - i.e. the Chapek fiasco.   They haven't revealed publicaly how they addressed these other concerns voiced by Peltz and his group.

As far as I can see, none of this addresses the core problems at Disney.  Disney is an expensive roller coaster ride that is still flying down the wrong set of tracks right now. Peltz may have been appeased, but I am a bit curious as to why a stronger group of activist investors is not taking a serous look at this right now.

However, there is no argument that catering to gays, trannies, lesbians, etc. is incompatible with most men-women with families. Gay-Land is not what couples with kids want when attending Disney Land.  And, the vast amount of revenue coming from Disney theme parks and entertainment is from traditional male-female families with children.  Children of which their parents are very protective.  And, children these parents want to relive and even pass down their own "Disney Experience" they experienced as children.
Less than 40% of Disney visitors have children under 18 years of age.

That's not the case in the Magic Kingdom.  This number is skewed by numbers at Epcot.  Take Epcot out of the mix, and then let's see.

Also, if the numbers still support what you are saying after removing Epcot (I don't think it will), what's wrong with the picture when a kid's theme park being over-run by adults?

The recently announced after hours event is the first gay event ever held by Disney. The "events" that you're referencing were planned and organized by the homo community themselves. It's known by most folks that frequent Disney to be the week staring on the first Saturday in June.

That right there explains the thread title. Disney over extended itself.

As much as us normal people would like to hang it on Disney's "wokeness", that just isn't the case.

Disney is not counting on you to attend this or ever.
Pssst. Dr. PEDO, "gay" events produce a crowd ONCE A YEAR. That's 1 out of 365. The OTHER 364 requires NOT MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE to keep the place running. And it takes LOTS OF THEM. So you propose sacrificing the 364 non mentally ill days of profit just so you can have an "inclusive" day of mentally ill people??

THIS is why you LWNJ's need to NEVER RUN ANYTHING and be put in the same institutions these MENTALLY ILL "gay" people belong.

Epcot is part of Disney. I have no idea whether gay days include Epcot or not.
I am all for Disney making its own decisions, they don't need my advice and would not follow it anyway, if I had any.

Isn't tyranny grand everyone obeys their multitiered chain of command working all angles of one's society's continuing self deception used to support ideology over evolving in plain sight.

Entitlement is a platitude,
Rank is an attitude,
north or south of the equator is a latitude
east and west are longitudes creating intellectual grid calculating time in a linear flow as time itself is an immovable objective.

Time and distance between positions is relative location as part of the whole, correct? Now life is series parallel events between ancestors never evolving beyond occupying space now since conceived to dead and decomposed.

No lifetime existed prior to conceived and doesn't occupy space after decomposed, right? this is an ongoing process intellectual minds doesn't have control over, just the lifetimes during their time being alive between birth and dead in plain sight changing forms since a fertilized cll started the personal evolving process for each since inception of ancestral lineages still reproducing next generation great great grandchildren one at a time replacing the 30 people that were their specific 16 great great grandparents, 8 great grandparents, 4 grandparents, 2 parenting each great great grandchild being son or daughter, grandchild, great grandchild, great great grandchild to their specific to last 4 generation of contracting Genes never duplicating a previous ancestor since inception.

Time, distance, evolving one at a time all the numbers never exceeded spontaneously alive simultaneously living one at a time, here.

You disagree with this universal constant? You promise to never agree it was possible all the time life became everything here now?

You picked the correct avatar for your personality. You behave same as Hunter Biden.
