I have a friend who has several stores in the seattle area - tacoma, seattle and fife, to be precise. These are sandwich shops. When the minimum wage legislation had everyone ****, he raised his wages to 2 dollars ABOVE minimum. He recognized that unless he could hire and retain the best, the wage environment was going to be unkind. - They aren't doing any background checks on new hires.
I will be honest. One of his people DOES have pink hair, and she's a go getter. But metaphorically speaking, he doesn't have any pink hairs on his payroll. He has the pick of the litter.

However, there is no argument that catering to gays, trannies, lesbians, etc. is incompatible with most men-women with families. Gay-Land is not what couples with kids want when attending Disney Land. And, the vast amount of revenue coming from Disney theme parks and entertainment is from traditional male-female families with children. Children of which their parents are very protective. And, children these parents want to relive and even pass down their own "Disney Experience" they experienced as children.

When only 40% of attendees at a children's theme park are families with children, I would argue it appears to be at least some part of the issue. Same here. I was a kid in the 60s, and steamboat willy was lame as a mother ****. Mickey mouse was nonexistant. And the micky mouse club was something for ***. I think donald duck was a disney character, and he was tolerable as filler between cartoons we liked on a saturday. Warner Brothers had the good **** - them, and to a lesser degree Hanna-Barbera.
