They are a symptom of a society that is rotting from the inside out.

Expect it to get worse as the Gen Zs and the next group grow into adulthood.

Finally someone said it. The fight in the US isn't really left vs right it is morality vs hedonism.

I've never had a problem with one. Never seen one.  Never even been near one.  Maybe someone can invite me to one of these "Mass Shootings". 
 

America has always been a violent country from its very beginnings.
Just read the lyrics of the anthem.
America has been at war somewhere for 228 years out of 247 years since 1776.
Slavery and the fallout from that.
Drug wars.
But mainly Id say its due to "anomie" ....
the breakdown of norms and values has led to cultural confusion, cultural instability, and personal insecurity. AKA...CHAOS

the answer is: mom and dad are on drugs. mom just got the latest style tattoo on her ******, rather than making dinner. dad is passed out on acid, rather than shooting hoops with me. what the ****, guess ill just go and hold up some old lady.
