sun's solar storm might ignite earths atmosphere. it would take billions of years before ocean life crawls on earth again. has this happened before? did it cause the extinction of the dinosaurs?

Why is this not all over the news if it is such a threat to humanity? The strongest solar storm in nearly six years blasted Earth last month and space weather forecasters didn’t even see it coming.

New Theory Claims Solar Storms Will Cause ‘End Of The World’ On April 23, 2023

It’s been awhile since we have had a good “end of the world” theory sprout up out of the internet.

This latest prediction of the apocalypse apparently found its legs on, of course, TikTok.

Just today, I looked outside and saw a HUGE solar storm of photons bombarding my front lawn.  It's supposed to happen tomorrow too - I may be out on my boat when this happens.
