A story- i was in the local hospital.. For a very serious issue. There was just me- and a room beside me of a young woman who just had a baby on the entire ward... I went out to the nurses desk... and I complained... And then they sent me out on my way in an ambulance...... the local hospital was cool... The local nurses gave me a ham sammich. I landed in a huge hospital -3 hours away? They checked me for lice.... lol. I was so hungry and all alone--no one was there. no body cared I hadn't eaten in a day- so be it- I had my stash of a ham sandwich in my back pocket.... from the local nurses
