IT WAS PROVEN BY THE EXPERTS THAT HE HAD PULLED THE TRIGGER, THEREBY BREAKING THE RULES WHILE ON THE SET. HE NEVER SHOULD HAVE HIS FINGER NEAR IT.

AS DIRECTOR OF THE SET, HE COULDN'T FOLLOW THE RULES PERTAINING TO THE HANDLING OF FIREARMS OF WHICH HE SUPPOSEDLY HAD TRAINING. 

IT WAS PROVEN HE PULLED THE TRIGGER. IT OBVIOUSLY WAS PROVEN HE POINTED THE FIREARM AT AN INDIVIDUAL ON THE SET. BOTH ARE AGAINST THE GOVERNING RULES ON THE SET. 

HE WAS LIABLE AND SHOULD BE DOING JAIL TIME.
BEING AN ASSHOLE AND KILLING SOMEONE WITH A GUN SHOULDN'T GIVE YOU A FREE PASS.
