If you don't have a mortgage, title or rental agreement you get your *** kicked out. It should be that simple.

The legal bureaucracy took 8mo. to get them out.
Then the *** trashed the place for $90,000.00 in damage.

I have an easy solution for that Gringo couple if the problem repeats itself.
1. Go insure that $200,000 house...... for $400,000.
2. Hire Tai-Dog for $25,000 (cash up-front) to dress-up like a ninja
& go fire-bomb that house. (& yes, he will evacuate the house 1st.
Nobody gets hurt)
