The only war Russia is losing is the propaganda war. However, Putin has no interest in that. His goal is Ukraine. That's his war. And yes, Russia is winning, even with our help. 

There is a lot of negatives for the US being involved in this. However, one in particular, that worries me, is that if Russia wins, how much of our weapons and machinery were the Russians able to obtain? I doubt we will ever know, given how useless the left media is about this war. This wouldn't be the first time Biden handed over our weapons/machinery to the other side. Look what he did for the Taliban after that disaster of withdrawal.

Its a valid concern.  I think that why STILL no Abrams have been sent, but only promised. Also still no F16s.
Mostly what has been sent is old stockpiles of rifle ammo, arty ammo.  The 777 howitzers are nothing special.  Javlins, meh.
Bradleys, basic. 1000s of heavy machine guns, basic.
Stingers, nothing special. 

BUT all the radar equipment, large drone, or a HIMARS unit being captured.  Yes that would suck
