My guess is that Mars is placing WOKE alphabet people and black/brown folks as their first hiring priority. 
This suit will fail, because our country runs on WOKE now. Too late. No more taking the most qualified candidates into account.
BUT, when the revolution comes, guess who will be the first to become fertilizer?

I am glad for all the wokeness in the candy industry...I am not boycotting Mars in a organized sense; I just don't buy thier products anymore.

Same with any company that interjects itself in agenda issues.*

* I do go to the W-word (which I hate) but is only out of necessity.
