Biden.  Obama.  Clinton.  The FBI.  The CIA.  The heads of nearly all government agencies.  They will all continue to sell out America and the American people until we rise up and stop them from doing it.

There was a cycle in the business world a few years ago about "flat" management vs "smokestack" management structures.

Little waves of **** cycle through corporations every so often.
One was "empowerment" in which each person should try to assert themselves and make their ideas known. For some reason that passed (probably because many really stupid **** started to "step up").   

With a flat organization the guy at the top doesn't have so many little empire builders and levels of management breaking down the company into groups and missions and separate responsibilities so readily.
With smokestacks, you have many separate organizations within organizations. A deep family tree with lots of opportunity to hide under the radar, to climb corporate ladders, shed blame. More complex in general.

Both have advantages and pitfalls.

The bigger the org, the more the necessity for smokestacks. Our government seems to be nothing but empire builders, self preservationists, climbers, under-the-radar depts., etc. Basically, way beyond what is actually needed in so many areas.
It's so **** big we don't even know what half these people even do. I doubt very much that people in government know either.

A nice recipe for lack of accountability...

Give me one week and the power to slice and dice every federal government agency, and I'd get the job done.  No one, except for the people who lose their jobs, would ever know the difference.  I assure you that I could trim this bloated pig down to a svelte little Jack Russel terrier.

Jack Russells are not a good version of the personality I'd want governing.

Svelte, sure. Into everything too? Sure.

Maybe something between a Jack Russell and a Bassett Hound.

Jack Russells are small, strong, muscular, tenacious, smart, agile and trainable.  That is exactly what we need from the people we pay our tax dollars to.

Smart, very curious, little busy-bodies with lots of energy.
They must be kept occupied or they can go a little nutty.
They WILL find something/anything to do.
Tend toward hyperactive rather than easy-going.

We'd have to keep a vigilant eye on our Jack Russell activist government.

Yes, I know.  I've been living with our Jack Russell for 15 years now.  She can't see very well and is completely deaf, but she can still run like a bullet, thinks she can leap like she could when she was 3, runs so fast she can't slow down and slams into walls. We have enough land to let her rip outside and get the energy out.  Crazy freaking dog!!
