The SC should not be taking on the decisions of:

Women's Right To Choose
should not be the last word in election controversies
should not be the last word regarding legislative disagreements
should not be the last word about so any issues

In essence using the SC to bypass voters and legislators when serious disagreement surface when in fact the
voters should be the last word on issues. If elected officials cannot come together then put these issues
before the voters.

After all it is the voters who are impacted most substantially and should NOT be left to the mercy of 9 politically selected individuals. Who have come to believe they are supreme beings that can break laws without fear of
prosecution. The voters should be the last word.
The main reason people are leaving Calif and New York is people do not like how the voters vote there...  Sometimes the people are wrong.

The voters in the South wanted slavery ... using your logic then they were right to try and keep it cause that is what the voters want.

If you can change the Constitution by 75% of the States amending it ... you will change how the Courts interpret the Constitution ... if not ... Well, you can leave the US if you want ... I understand China has free health care... lol

The Supreme Court enforces the Constitution as written through their rulings.  I understand that upsets whiny *** liberals such as yourself...but that's a you problem.

Elected officials and voters don't get to over-ride the Constitution.  They can change it through a specific process, but that's it.

Something tells me you had no problem with the ruling of "9 politically selected individuals" on Roe v. Wade in 1973.

That's too funny; for years and years you'd rub Conservative's face in SC decisions because they interpreted the Constitution instead of following it.

You can stand wherever you like, moron, but it's clear you haven't got a scintilla of understanding regarding the job of the Supreme Court, which is to INTERPRET THE CONSTITUTION and how it was intended to be applied in today's world.

So now that you know that, perhaps you can tell me where the Constitution says ANYTHING about a women's "right to choose", "privacy", or even abortion for that matter?  And if you read the 10th Amendment to the Constitution, you'd also just might understand that those rights NOT SPECIFIED IN THE CONSTITUTION ARE TO BE DETERMINED BY EACH STATE, AND NOT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!

So if you really want to bitch about whatever left-wing phony "right" you think you're entitled to, GO BITCH TO YOUR OWN STATE to get the laws you want, and NOT to the Supreme Court!
