Nah, I'll stick with my private insurance and private hospitals.

I re-read the title of this thread again, and my instincts pickup up on something I missed before,

Congress, senate, president at the federal level, congress, senate, governor at the sate level, city council, mayor at the urban sprawl level shouldn't be allowed to spend more than the revenues they received to the point the budget is passed. Ends that "Until we know how much has been spent, ****.".

budgets are determine on what one has. not the possibilities of obtaining by changing the values of everything all the time. No fixed values like self evident evolving doesn't exceed adapting to the moment here as an ever changing total sum population left alive now, right, never a balancing budget can be made honestly.
