The chaos in San Francisco, Chicago, NYC, Los Angeles, etc... I believe it's all designed to drive down real estate prices so that the elite and powerful can come in and swoop up prime real estate at discount prices.

Then they will restore law and order and lock up the *** and junkies and clean up the streets.

I think it's a way to spread their progressive plague across the heartland by making the deep blue areas so inhabitable that their base scatters into the red areas to dilute the conservative voter base in those areas.

Possible means it could happen.  Plausible means its likely to happen. 

Still, you made a good point.  I think it is possible. The leftist **** who run that place can and may very well turn dictatorial fascist in cleaning up the mess and restoring order to the place for their benefit.  The only reason they like chaos is to get people to leave whom they cannot murder or control.  

But, leftists are dumb, doper M-F'ers.  Rarely capable of pulling off a stunt like you suggest.  So, yeah, I say its possible.  We'll have to wait and see.
