We are not telling Brazil not to enter into peace talks. We said that any interaction must take into account Ukraine, and it cannot be negotiations based on rewarding Russia for taking over Ukrainian territory.
Special adviser to the President of Brazil Celso Amorim confirmed that he plans to go to Ukraine, I assume that this will happen soon.
