It is good that Iraq was pacified but Bush was still wrong.

That isn't the point of the video article. They were liberals contrasting what they didn't like about Bush with how surprised they were that his AIDS program has been working brilliantly.

Bush's invasion of Iraq threw half of the population out of their homes, resulted in the deaths of thousands, cost billions of dollars, and made it possible for rebels in Syria to get weapons for a civil war than is still not over after 15 years.

Iran has supposedly been working on a nuclear weapon for 20 years and still doe not have one. They are always "only a few months" from having a bomb.

We just went over that an I said Bush was wrong. No one needs your Cliff Clavin antics. This thread is about some actual good Bush did.

George W. Bush allowed the stupid Clinton Assault Weapon Ban to expire.  For that, he's one of my top all-time Presidents.  He was wrong about Iraq, but I don't really give a ****. It was at a time when America was still angry at Sand Apes for attacking our country. Yeah, we killed a whole heap of them, but I don't shed a tear over it.

Bush was not totally wrong about everything.  He had far more compassion that Trump, who seems only capable of feeling compassion for himself.
This country would be a far better place had Al Gore been president rather than Juniorbush. I am pretty sure that Gore would not have invaded Iraq. And that would have prevented the rise of Isis and the prolonged Syrian Civil War, because it was only when Iraqi weapons were smuggled into Syria that the insurrection lasted as long as it did.

2. Old and bitter

3. Old burnouts, stuck in empty clichés, myths and jingoism.

I don't care about sand-land.  The people there all suck.  The land sucks.  Yes, it has oil, but you know what, we have our own.  I would be in favor of deporting illegal aliens crossing the Mexican border to Iraq.
