AB has handled this piss poorly on all fronts from the **** word go.....
From a business standpoint, you'd think they'd have already hired the best Crisis Management Consultants money can buy to at least stop the bleeding, and begin to walk back the damage ---- but with every move, they've only compounded the problem.. I honestly don't know how they could have played **** worse.
It really has been a remarkable to see how AB has systematically cornered themselves into such a lose-lose delima... ... And yes, the blowback from Team Homo was predictable.. But what I also expect to see now is a shift in how the MSM will be covering the story... Up until now they've painted the boycott as an overreaction by intolerant, Trannyphobic conservatives, and been reluctant to acknowledge any wrongdoing on the part of BUD-Light --- but now that the Rainbow Brigade are claiming to be abandoned & victimized by Anheuser Busch, you can bet the Media will be redirecting fire and leveling their guns at AB...

The "diversity" hire often paints the company in a corner. They fill a position with an unqualified person in the name of "inclusivity", and are then almost forced to stand by any ridiculous decision the unqualified person may make to avoid the accusations of being racist/homophobic/misogynist etc etc.
The Federal Government has been doing this for decades, and now it's becoming the norm in the private sector as well. Ain't "progressivism" grand?

A brother of mine was a Senior Exec with IBM, Toshiba & DELL...... He witnessed some of these diversity hires personally, and also the consequences that came along with it.... It became quite the rift between Managers like my Brother, and the spineless **** in personnel....
Minorities --- mostly ******, and some non-native people who simply couldn't enough speak English to function in the workplace -- were hired for positions they were not remotely qualified for, nor did they even have the capability to be trained for such jobs... If a Manager gave one of these Diversity Hires a poor performance report, like clockwork the Mgr. would be contacted by Personnel to be challenged and to explain themselves... My Brother also said it was almost impossible to fire them... The best you could hope for was to transfer them out of your own department to ****-up someone else's..
Also, while he was finishing his last years with DELL, special accomodations and changes had to be made to cater to the Islamic requirements of the Muslim employes. --- their own prayer room, recognition of Muslim Holidays, etc..

The next place they may work is just as good.
Camaraderie gone, fellow employees indifferent, etc.
Why? Because if the "leaders" are stupid assholes, why should the peons give a crap?

I'd rather work for a total prick: If he cares about the work, customers, the future.
At least you know where you stand. Customer and job quality are foremost.
A good leader knows the team needs to know it matters what they do and think.
