As you have probably heard by now a Black Michael Jackson impersonator was viscously attacked and lynched by a MAGA White Supremist Marine in a subway car while others in the car cheered him on. His name was Jordon Neeley and a group of activist said (no joke this time) that Mr. Neeley liked to dance but occasionally had psychotic episodes. It was during one of these episodes when a white MAGA Supremist surprised Mr. Neeley and strangled him to death for no apparent reason.

At least this is the narrative currently being touted by the MSN and all of the race baiters.

Mr. Neely had been arrested over 30 times for assaulting people in the subways and had attempted to throw several in front of on coming trains in the past. He apparently, according to witnesses in the subway car at the time, had started acting extremely radically and was threatening to murder several of the passengers. An unnamed 24 year old white Marine and another unnamed black man grabbed Mr Neely and put him in a "suppression hold", not a choke hold. As soon as Mr. Neely, according to several witnesses became subdued the hold was released but died anyway.

The police were no where to be found and the passengers felt threatened by Mr. Neeleys action. But in New York City self defense against a black perpetrator is automatically an act of racial violence against a black man and the unnamed Marine should be given the death penalty.

In other news, there is an opening for a Michael Jackson impersonator in the times square district. Bring résumé, references and two forms of ID. Experience preferred but not required.

It would be nice if there were at least one impartial version of the relevant facts in the media, but I haven't found one. Apart from the fact that Jordan had mental health issues and a prior history of violence, what is missing is whether he actually attempted to harm anyone on that train. I can only find stories that suggest he was ranting. The only way the ex-marine would have been justified in attempting to restrain Jordan, is if Jordan was actually attempting to harm someone. That would fall under self-defense (or defense of others). Since the police have not completed their investigation, drawing any conclusions is simply premature at this point.

As to the suppression hold, if the ex-marine was justified in attempting to restrain Jordan, he can still be charged with excessive use of force if it is determined that he should have known that he was holding Jordan in a manner that was likely to cut off his breathing. You cannot maintain a hold on someone that long and be unaware that they are struggling to breathe. It is on this point that mitigating or aggravating factors become relevant in terms of the ex-marine's state of mind, such as PTSD and/or factors such as bigotry, racism etc. They would make the difference between a ruling of accidental death and involuntary manslaughter.

If the ex-marine was not justified in attempting to restrain Jordan, then mitigating or aggravating factors become the difference between involuntary manslaughter and manslaughter.

                 Apparently the Negro Jordan Neely that died was a Schizophrenic who'd been arrested dozens of times -- he also had a warrant out for him for an assault charge on a 67 year old woman.. 

                 In this Post article there's a Vid of the incident.... To me, it doesn't look like the "Marine" Daniel Penny is intentionally trying to strangle Neely to death.. It looks more like a restraint hold, or at most to render Nely unconscious as at least 2 other passengers assisted in holding Neely down... There was no expression of anger or aggression on Penny's face.

                Initially there were no charges against Penny, though it's little surprise the Race-Bait Brigade is calling for such since Neely the criminal was a Negro and the Marine who honorably served his country is White...

These white women were murdered intentionally. They weren't being restrained for being a nuisance.
