Seems that it's HER BODY and she can do with it WHATEVER she wants, right??

You know, like the ABORTION of her BABY isn't murder, so why is DOING METH AND THE BABY DYING ALSO NOT MURDER?? It's STILL HER BODY, HER CHOICE, right??

GO, LEFTIES, we would LOVE to hear your discussion on this!! Seems ONE of your NASTY ILK has discovered what they believe is PURE GARBAGE!!

No, apparently as long as the umbilical cord is supplying life support, it is unviable.
Please try to keep up with this "forward thinking". It has been around for decades...

Once the "mass" is independent, it becomes a baby.
There is a confused span after that for nearly two decades before it finally becomes dependent on the government.
Then, I think it is only considered "my baby" if it's killed while committing crimes.
The host (mother) then becomes emotionally attached, body wracked with heaving sobs, wailing, snot, etc.
Quite a mess.
Father could help clean up should he show up (if alive or at least conscious).

A typical American Progressive tale...

So how do mothers who are methheads who's baby dies in the womb get charged with murder?? Isn't it STILL"my body, my choice" in KILLING THE BABY by any means possible?? THAT is the LWNJ mantra, and nothing less.

when it's their choice, it's not murder...which is their argument when a drunk driver hits, kills an expectant mother and is charged with double homicide...

An honest prosecutor would only charge involuntary fetus slaughter or child neglect. Because if she has children already born it would include them as well.

If i drop kicked a 8 month pregnant *** in the gut and It has a miscarriage, what should I get? 6 months Probation? 30-day suspended sentence? 50 hours community service?

What would be fair for my infraction?

8 months pregnant, 90% chance it is a little premature birth able to live without severe medical assistance. Most likely a 5 pound baby instead of a 8 lb in another month.

Now if you are white and kicked a black woman, it is a hate crime and might just get the death penalty causing a premature birth both survived without permanent damage.

Woke equal justice. Its terrible how accurate my sarcasm gets.

The only reason for such charges is that Republican legislators chose to pass a law making this a double offense.

If I say that a horse has five legs, how many legs does a horse actually have?
If a state legislature votes to claim that all horses in the state will have five legs, how many legs will a horse have?

If a pregnant woman is charged with taking drugs and killing a fetus, then a jury will decide-- bit only if the court accepts this frivolous charge as valid.

When I say not if I say, evolving doesn't exceed reproductions mutually evolving in series parallel time inhabiting space here specifically never same forms as arrived fertilized cells replacing previous 4 generation ancestry, you going to insist context takes priority by consensus over actual body counts by generation gap displacement?

Already know your answer is yes, because you follow history of social engineering tomorrow, not how evolving got this far naturally.

Putting Meth in her body was HER CHOICE. So what is the difference if TAKING A LIFE by ABORTION isn't murder, then how can killing the BABY WITH METH be murder??

So, wait, killing a PREGNANT WOMEN IN CALIFORNIA counts as 2 murders was a law passed by REPUBLICANS??
April 5, 2004, 2:44 PM EDT / Source: The Associated Press

The state Supreme Court strengthened California’s fetal-murder law Monday, declaring that the killing of a pregnant woman counts as two homicides even if the perpetrator was unaware the victim was pregnant.

The 6-1 decision overturns a 2002 lower court ruling that said a killer must know the victim was pregnant to be guilty of murdering the fetus.
California’s fetal-murder law was passed by the Legislature in 1970. The law is being used to prosecute Scott Peterson in the deaths of his pregnant wife, Laci, and their unborn son. More than two dozen states have passed various versions of a fetal-murder law.

But you want to take the life of a BABY in the mothers womb and call that LEGAL HOMICIDE as long as the mother "mad a choice'. Seeing how you LOVE that "my body, MY CHOICE" claim.

So if she MAKES A CHOICE to SMOKE METH and the BABY DIES, what should happen?? SHOULD that METH SMOKING MOTHER BE CHARGED WITH MURDER??

It was passed by idiots, surely some Republicans voted for it as well as some Democrats.
It is just a stupid law, written and enacted n=by stupid legislators pandering to the antiabortionists. It didn't cost the state anything, and no doubt it got some votes for those who voted for it.

Does it actually reflect some great existential truth, as Rodent Roger seems to think?
No, it does not.

fetuses are less sacred than born humans.
I don't see why there is any real reason to post this question, as the court will decide the criminality if any and a jury will decide the verdict.
Addiction is a disease, like alcoholism. It is more related to one's cravings for fried chicken or Doritos than it is to any felony.

Oh, so you are saying that a HUMAN BEING that is MURDERED by someone who ALSO murders the MOTHER of that HUMAN BEING is not to be considered worth anything in terms of a CRIMINAL ACT!!

You seem to be EXPOSING YOUR VERY OWN NAZISM there DR. PEDO!! No wonder you love to GROOM CHILDREN for your own sexual deviancy!! They are MEANINGLESS in your worldview. And any laws that are designed to PROTECT THEM are "bad laws" in your way of life
