You do know,no matter what happens Biden has the power of the pardon.
He'll just pardon his son.
Since he himself is a sitting president he won't be charged with anything.

Hunter is in for a world of hurt. But, I am quite sure Daddy Joe will pardon him. What stops Hunter from simply pleading guilty to everything, so he doesn't have to testify and implicate Daddy, and then just getting a Presidential Pardon?
