Liberal Forum

The Republican House of Representatives is strong and Joe Biden is Weak.  It's time to shut the government down and make the Democrats feel some real pain.  Either they cut spending, and do it drastically, or we shut everything down.  But, this time I want things to be different:

• Furlough government employees so they do not need to receive back pay for the time they didn't work.
• Don't bluff, give those Democrats the pain they've been begging for and make it last
• Cut the military budgets - they waste tons of money
• Eliminate each and every unnecessary government program
• Cut Medicare 25%
• Eliminate Medicaid
• Eliminate Food Stamps and any "free food" program
• Eliminate free phones
• Eliminate free housing.

That will be a good start to getting our government in a better place.  If they can't make this happen, keep it shut down for the next 2 years.

How about Congress doing what we must to PAY OUR FREAKING BILLS.  I said cut the military 50%.   Did you see that?  Is the military "old people"?  Is the military "needy people"?  Then, cut the other bloated government programs as well. 

Our revenue is not limitless.  But, YOUR **** Democrats spend like it is.  End it.  NOW!!!  Because we can and will shut your **** government down.

Yes, I am for the kind of government I want.  A responsible government.  A government that spends what it collects in revenue.  A government that does not squander other people's hard earned money.  A government that prides itself on efficiency and no waste. A government where people are still required to do what they must on their own to pursue life liberty and happiness, without burdening others to do it for them.

The truly needy shouldn't be the target of our economic "salvation".
Weeding out scammers (of which we know there are many) would be worth the effort.

The Military Industrial Complex costs a tad more than just about anything else we have going.
There has to be a target or two in that mess.

ANY unionized governmental groups need disbanding. They're already in a "special class".
They just jack up what they cost to exist: 20 years of light duty and 30 years of overpaid retirement.

Teachers need a thorough "combing" too. Education in general.
What's worse: the need for brainwashing vs no public education?
I'd risk it at this point. If brainwashing is what they're doing, close the "school" because education went bye-bye.

Here's the deal.  I will be sending messages to Republicans in the House of Representatives that WE, THE PEOPLE (particularly me) are fed up with Republicans bluffing and then caving to the Obese Bloated Spendy Democrats.  It's time to shut it down, and shut it down with permanent consequences.  Furlough government workers and don't pay them back wages.  SHUT THIS BAD-BITCH DOWN AND DO IT FOR 2 YEARS.

Could be an interesting book.  I don't know if it is about actual term limits or a title with some alternate meaning.  In regards to term limits, I would be for something like a 15 year term limit, but not 2, 4 or 8.  And, here's why.  When you have everyone term limited, then the non-elected Bureaucracy wins. These appointees and hires have the run of the show with little interference from elected officials.

What we really should have are term limits on government employment.  No one can work in government for more than 4 years, and then they must work in the private sector after that.
