It will never become law in Texas. It was only voted out of committee.  The House hasn't passed it...even if they pass it, it probably won't even make it to the floor in the Texas Senate. Then there is the certain veto waiting in the Governor's Mansion. Which is a good thing as it avoids the cost and time of having it overturned.

Why did you lie in the thread title?

Will you bet your life that this won't help? The liberal disease festered in society, making people nutz.
Remove liberalism and woke, get back to a conservative society with laws and justice, ethics, education and no freebies.

Would it really hurt to get these AR 15s out of the hands of teenagers?
Don't let this fool you. Heard of give an inch, take a mile? Yeah, like Governor Pigslee in WA state. Starts out banning and restricting on a small scale. Then gets to the point where the state has the most anti-gun laws in the nation. That's how they do things. They set precedence, then set it again, then again and again.  Soon enough, the "good guys" can't protect themselves at all. And the bad guys will always have the upper hand.

It won't matter. They will just pull them from their parents/friends gun safes/cabinets anyways. Even if you could snap your fingers and make AR-15's literally cease to exist, it would change nothing. People would just walk into schools/grocery stores/malls, etc.... with any semi-auto handgun, shotgun or other type of rifle and blast people away. The AR-15 isn't the problem. The problem is mental health and it's totally being ignored. In all actuality, it's being shoved down peoples throats. Liberalism IS a mental disorder and this country swings further left than it ever has before. It's no surprise people are **** crazy.

Even the liberal 9th Circus Court has ruled that raising the age of a Constitutional right, is unConstitutional.

Yes, because if they can take their rights away from them, they'll take yours too.

exactly...let's let kindergarteners carry assault weapons.  It's their 2nd amendment right,  and everyone knows, the only thing that can stop a bad kindergartener with an assault weapon is a good kindergartener with an assault weapon.

clearly, I re-stated your arguments.  Are you now suggesting that the 2nd Amendment only applies to citizens who have reached some arbitrary age?
