There's a lot to like about the C8 Corvette.  It's fast, its mid-engine, it's a well made vehicle and affordable, albeit a stretch for some.  But, here's the rub, it only comes in ******-Shift. 

Who the F- wants to buy a sports car with an automatic ******-shift transmission?  I want my hand on the stick and my foot on the clutch shifting through at least 5 gears as fast as I can.  Gear 6 gets used occasionally, and Gear 7 is really just for cruising on highways to save gas.

So, I've tossed around the idea of buying a C8 Corvette, but I just can't bring myself to do it.  It would be like driving a 2-seater Chevy Suburban that is lighter and goes faster.  I just don't see where's the fun in that!
