"A civil jury in New York City has found President Donald Trump not guilty of raping E. Jean Carroll in a department store dressing room nearly three decades ago.
The jury found Trump liable for forcibly touching, sexually abusing and battery of Carroll.Trump's legal team has vowed to appeal the verdict.
Carroll's lawsuit against Trump was funded by Democratic mega donor Reid Hoffman."

NEW YORK CITY — A jury in a civil trial held in lower Manhattan found that former President Donald Trump sexually abused the writer E. Jean Carroll in a dressing room in Bergdorf Goodman department store in the mid-1990s, and defamed her after she went public about the incident in 2019, in that he denied that the incident had occurred,.
But the jury, which was made up of six men and three women, also found that Trump was not guilty of raping Carroll. (emphasis mine)

why would a woman? That worked in a swank store- help a man into a dressing room? i think if i worked there... I would say- go try it on honey? and come back out... let me see how it looks... unless of course i wanted a peek.

Carroll had indicated in an October deposition that no one else was paying her legal fees and that she was “not sure about expenses.”
Earlier this month, Carroll’s lawyers disclosed to Trump’s team that Carroll “now recalls that at some point, her counsel secured additional funding from a nonprofit organization to offset certain expenses and legal fees.”
Billionaire Reid Hoffman, the co-founder of LinkedIn who has donated millions to Democrats and liberal causes, primarily funded that nonprofit, court documents show.

I cannot recall of dressing rooms being monitored in most stores.
Trump just walked in and apparently grabbed her ******. He admitted that was what he did, and spoke of it as though it was his privilege to do this.
