This was a CIVIL case, and ONLY CRIMINAL CASES have the "registered sex offender" moniker attached to it. Trump WAS NOT FOUND GUILTY OF ANYTHING. ONLY  A CRIMINAL COURT CAN DO THAT.

He was however, found "liable" for something that the plaintiff cannot recall the DATE or even the EXACT LOCATION of the alleged "touching": he was found liable of doing. NOTHING but a SLAM DUNK APPEAL and DISMISSAL of the verdict in ANY legitimate Appellate Court.

You really need to EDUCATE yourself before you open that nasty NAZI PIE HOLE of yours and spew out stupidity life you do **** from that same pie hole.

None of which would have been possible without the temporary suspension of the statute of limitations on filing civil cases like this phony **** one against Trump.  There is no way Trump could get a fair trial by jury in dim-0-crap **** hole cities like New York or DC!!!

Thanks to Kathy Hochul, the Governor of New York, a very unusual law was brought in the Empire State.

Last year, Hochul signed the Adult Survivor’s Act into law. Well temporarily. The change to New York’s code allows alleged victims of sexual offenses, such as sexual assault and unwanted sexual contact in the workplace, to file civil suits between November 24, 2022, and November 24, 2023 this year. You read that right. This transitory super law magically voids the statute of limitations for these crimes, but just for 12 months? Strange no?

Remember Governor Hochul is an avid Trump-hater, who detests all Republicans and prefer they leave “her state."

You think they are after Trump anyway they can get him even if they have to cheat and lie?   Dim-0-craps are deathly afraid of Trump and will do anything to try to prevent him from running in 2024!!!

E. Jean Carroll herself WROTE AND LOBBIED FOR THIS LAW TO BE PASSED for the SOLE PURPOSE of allowing her to bring a lawsuit against Trump. ONE that she can't remember the time or even DATE of when this allegedly happened.

“The fact that New York passed this law, the Adult Survivors Act,” CNN’s Poppy Harlow said. “They passed it just a few years ago. Were it not for that law, you never would have been able to bring this case.”

 “Exactly. This would never – I would never have this window, this year of having the ability to bring a lawsuit for rape. Robbie can explain it better,” Carroll responded.

 “E. Jean actually helped to get that law passed,” Carroll’s lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, said. “It passed last year. We filed – it was Thanksgiving Day, the first day you could sue. We filed it just after midnight on Thanksgiving. And there are a lot of other women throughout the state and, hopefully, throughout this country, that they will get other laws like this passed in other states. And New York women should use this law while it’s still around, which is until next Thanksgiving.”
