Well that's going to be appealed. How can he be liable for defamation for calling the rape a hoax when he was found not liable for it?

How can a person mount a defense or prove he wasn't even in the area of the crime she alleges?
Democrats are well aware of the fact that Trump ALWAYS had security with him, even long before he became president, and their testimony could have destroyed her claim if she put a date on when it occurred.
I can only imagine the makeup of the jurors in NY who were too dumb to understand that fact. And his lawyers were not even permitted to reject any heavily biased jurors as they do in most cases.
Trump will win his appeal easily if the venue is changed to somewhere outside of NY.
