Have you noticed that it isn't hard to find many white and Asian neighborhoods that are clean, safe, friendly, and nice? However, it's almost impossible to find the same for blacks and Hispanic neighborhoods. Why? 

Of course, there is white trailer trash and dirty Asians living in **** huts. However, that isn't the norm. Whereas that seems to be the norm for blacks and Hispanics. 


Any theories?

I had a Haitian ask me why poor people had such big families..... simple, I said....all they can afford to do is screw.

a lot of this asian/white/black/hispanic...dirty/clean stuff is based on political affiliation...plantation blacks and shanty shack hispanic usually vote Leftist because government is seen as being their parent

Some Cuban neighborhoods aren't too bad.  And, even some established Puerto Rican neighborhoods are kept quite clean.  Color scheme looks like something out of a Porter Paints catalogue for colorblind queers, but they keep their houses and yards up to snuff.  Mexicans are filthy ****, like they all used to live in the Mexico City Mega-Landfil.
 

It will not be long before wetbacks move ahead of the blacks. Wetbacks will take entry level jobs and move up. Blacks might want to learn Spanish because their bosses will be Hispanic. As wetbacks advance they will move away from the hood. Black leadership is sadly lacking.

Russia and China

dont have these problems.
