In honor of Conner, here is my take.
It's rather sweet. Not really what I would call an Irish Whisky, but still pretty tasty from a Bourbon drinkers perspective. Lots of oak and spice... not really what I would say is Irish. Neat is a bit harsh, rocks is better.
It's aged in old bourbon barrels which kind of sets it into a class of its own. Clash of the Titans so to speak.
Irish, not so much. Not a bad mixer or blender.
