Leaderships are elected by people demanding commands to live larger than genetically positioned, so those willing to lead everyone itno a promise land of tomorrow get smart enough to demand a fee for their services, taxes.
Now those demanding leadership bitch about the cost of denying life in plain sight, but they cannot blame those they selected to mislead them forward because that would be admitting they did it to themselves.
Alternate realities in parallel universal interpretations life cannot be limited to only evolving forward now.
But this takes regulations to standardize social behavior regardless franchise and treaties must be made to keep each interpretation of life being more than genetics eternally separating ancestries never same reproductions twice now.
Look I can explain the 7 methods of reasonable doubt. Means, motives, methods, why humanity does what it is doing historically recorded, how mayhem, madness, misery isn't accidental or supernaturally induced upon an unsuspecting population.
