If he was trained he knew he was killing that man. 2nd degree murder.
If he wasn't trained negligent homicide.
You just can't kill people willy nilly because you're thinking you'll be a hero.

BTW...have you heard anything about the cop that shot and killed Ashley Babbitt? Are you going to hang yer murder charges on him?

I am beginning to think there really is such a thing as mass hypnosis. What else could explain all the masses of democrats who so easily rise to anger before even trying to listen to another point of view? If this isn't hypnosis then what is it?
