If he's a danger to the community and has had MULTIPLE crimes on his history, HE DOESN'T BELONG ON THE STREET!
Now, if you had sufficient mental health facilities to care for those who need it, that's fine!  But what we've seen is that the government has closed down so many of them while the crime rate has skyrocketed, THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR DAMN JOB, either in providing mental health or removing the most dangerous from society!  It is NOT the job of police to make that determination!  If someone is posing a danger to others, they don't belong on the street.  And if liberal prosecutors and liberal judges continue to release them into the community, THEY SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CRIMES THEY COMMIT!

Most are drug addicts with long lists of arrests, and they continue to be released in almost all Democrat-run cities!

One was on a man named Filemon Castillo Baltazar, 68, who was assaulted by Neely on the subway in 2019...  The open warrant he had was for an assault on a 67 year old woman who he'd punched in the face & seriously injured as she exited the New York City Subway system. 

            This was a disturbed man who clearly did more than just posture, or talk -- and in fact had made good on previous threats... Anyone who's been in a few fights knows you don't have to get hit, before knowing you are about to be hit...

You fools are claiming hat Neely DESERVED TO DIE for previous actions, but Penny knew NOTHING of Neely's previous actions. The reality is that Penny, a random stranger with no authorization by anyone, executed Neely for screaming and hollering.
And that is not justice.
Penny did not have the right to kill Neely.

And it's about time that everyone acknowledge the fact that if the justice system continues to release these criminals (whether they have mental problems or not, I DON'T CARE!) then THEY are responsible for his injury or death when they get hurt or killed THE NEXT TIME he decides to assault someone and a good samaritan takes action to come to the aid of his intended victim!
