Every time I introduced myself people, they laughed at me.
I was like whats so funny ? No one would tell me.
Finally some guy told me what it meant and I could get arrested for saying it in public.
I had to go to another nick name really quick.
When I was in the London airport they held me for about a hour because on Irish sounding name.
Some guys from Philly had got caught about 2 weeks earlier sending the IRA guns and thought I might have been a part of the ORG.

They said not necessarily. Context is everything.
Said angrily AS an insult, it most certainly is.
Just like we Americans are referred to as "septics".
It's part of cockney rhyming slang; or at least was a few years ago.
