Smarter than you'll ever be. When the Constitution was written, no one was worried about excessive immigration. Many of the Hessian soldiers that the British hired to fight the patriots stayed in this country or came back to America and were given land.

The definition of invasion has nothing to do with the Constitution.  Simple fact, an invasion doesn't have to be armed and the Constitution requires the federal government to protect the states from invasion.

Is it you position that freedom of the press doesn't apply to radio, television and internet news sites?  Those were also not envisioned when the Constitution was written.
