Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

INCORRECT. THEY STILL HAD TO ENTER AT ENTRY POINTS AND BE DOCUMENTED. THOSE THAT DIDN'T WERE DEPORTED. IT WASN'T A CONCERN BECAUSE THE MAJORITY OF IMMIGRANTS DID NOT COME FROM MEXICO AT THAT TIME. IN 1929 THAT CHANGED.

So in our current economic crisis why then are they coming here? 5 million in two years is an invasion you idiot when you consider we allowed that many to legally immigrate here in the last 4 years.

In reality the Constitution was written for us to defend not the government. The consequences are we take up arms and defend our borders.

The Constitution doesn't state that.  It also doesn't permit states to secede if the Federal Government doesn't do what it was commissioned to do.  In that regard, the Constitution lacks teeth.

The Constitution says nothing of the sort.  If so, then quote me the passage.  Don't bother quoting me the 2nd Amendment.  I am well aware of what it says, and it doesn't give that clause any teeth.

I get it.  You interpret the Constitution's preamble as a call to arms when the Feds refuse to defend the borders.  And, you might be right.  But, other than that, there is no procedure for forcing the Feds to do their job, remove the Feds from office or remove the offended state from the Union.

Where then retard does the Constitution state we cannot secede from the Union? Once the states seceded they again were free territories and Lincoln fomented an invasion of those territories. Where does it say the government has the right to say we cannot defend our borders? On the contrary the Constitution says the Federal government is there to defend our borders. And yes Impeachment is the tool in the Constitution for removing "Feds" who refuse to do their jobs. Your head up *** issue is serious.  Are you actually trying to say we have to pay taxes to an entity that refuses to do what it is Constitutionally directed to do?
