Durham said his investigation revealed that "senior FBI personnel displayed a serious lack of analytical rigor towards the information that they received, especially information received from politically-affiliated persons and entities."... "This information in part triggered and sustained Crossfire Hurricane... and contributed to the subsequent need for Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation," the report said. "In particular, there was significant reliance on investigative leads provided or funded (directly or indirectly) by Trump's political opponents."... "The Department did not adequately examine or question these materials, and the motivations of those providing them, even when at about the same time the Director of the FBI and others learned of significant and potentially contrary intelligence," the report said.
Durham is referring to past FBI leadership in his report – specifically former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
THEN...THIS doesn't even ADDRESS:
1) The REFUSAL to investigate the Hunter Biden laptop issue,
2) The Letter drafted and signed by 51 senior DOJ and FBI people...ALL of which was a LIED about the laptop and it being Russian DISINFORMATION,
3) Their failure to investigate the REPEATED Biden Family CORRUPTION, and PAYOFFS, AND
4) Their efforts to SWEEP the ENTIRE issue under the RUG... WHILE, they gave Donald Trump NO SUCH BENEFIT of Doubt !!
The DOJ and FBI NEED to be GUTTED and RE CONSTITUTED... COMPLETE with:
1) A NEW Charter,
2) A RE-CONSTITUTED INDEPENDENT RESPONSIBILITY to the CONSTITUTION, the LAW, AND the TRUTH, and
3) VERY SERIOUS LIST of Consequences, and Penalties, METED OUT, without REMORSE, if they EVER AGAIN stoop to the CORRUPT PILE of CRAP that THEY ARE TODAY !!

However, this is nothing more than a slap on the wrist of the FBI. The DOJ could choose to individually prosecute the bad actors within the FBI on a variety of charges, such as treason, tampering with an election and conspiracy, among others. But, this will go nowhere. Why? Because Biden is corrupt. Garland is corrupt. The DOJ is corrupt. The FBI is corrupt. And many other federal agencies are also corrupt.

Crossfire Hurricane was a response to the problem of the Mexican government posing an existential threat to the CIA's drug cartels in that country.
