The school pulled a double standard which the boy points out.
“I don’t complain when I see pride flags and diversity posters hung throughout the school,” Morrison said in his speech. “Do you know why? Because others have a right to their beliefs just as I do.”

The goal that this kid had was to provoke an attack.
The purpose of school is to maintain peace and calm, and oppose attacks.

I've seen those posters and flags in many schools in news reports. Just because you feel like doubting it doesn't mean the kid was lying or the school board would have called him out on it.

academia trains last reproductions arriving how to compromise away their time for the ground they stand on evolving into never same results again here.
the kid in the tee shirt was defending his time being oneself from the mob ruled deniers wishing nobody knew living doesn't exceed the time each has in their own skin.

You said you doubt that kid saw those posters in his school. What did you base yer doubt on? It is clear that no one means anything by posting a rainbow than to remind those who see it that there are LGTBQ people present and to treat them with respect. You are quite dense.

I would have just had the student turn it inside out and move on with the day. There was a kid at my son's school that wore a shirt that depicted shooting muslims and they just had him turn it inside out. No suspensions, no parent phone call.. pretty tame

Yesterday was meant to be a day that 9 year old Evelyn Dieckhaus was going to be singing Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World" in a play about jazz at her school. The Wonderful World she was going to sing about doesn’t exist. Because sadly, her life was taken away by the Trans Shooter.

The kid was trying to start a fight. Or do you think that his clever plan was to convince all the people in his school that here are only two genders?
It was a stupid move and when this is over, he will be sorry that he didn't just take off the stupid shirt and try to LEARN SOMETHING.
The rainbow is not a transgender symbol, it is about gay people telling everyone, "we are here, respect us for what we are".
